impulse cleaning system

This technology, which is continually being further developed, is far superior to standard market solutions and enables uniform cleaning of each individual filter bag throughout its entire length.

The reciprocal fine-tuning of and interplay between the individual components of the impulse cleaning system result in a high-performance complete package. As a result, the filter media age consistently with minimum levels of differential pressure. The exceptionally high proportion of secondary air enables minimum compressed air consumption and prevents adverse shortfalls of the dew point.

Scheuch combines unique emc technology with the advantages of both online and offline operating modes. In doing so, Scheuch is setting new standards in bag length, pressure loss, cleaning pressure and bag service life.

There are limits to how much investment and follow-up costs can be optimized in conventional filter technologies, both in terms of their technical function and when it comes to utilizing the filter bag lengths.
emc technology enables these areas to be enhanced, thus significantly reducing follow-up costs. Scheuch is setting new standards in pressure loss, cleaning pressure, bag service life and bag length.
emc technology sets the benchmark with all its combined advantages over other systems. Only by applying the patented, mirror-image control of the shut-off devices of individual modules is it possible to combine the well-known advantages of online and offline operation. The newly developed impulse filter with smc (Space Minimizing Concept) technology offers superior performance in difficult spatial conditions. The extremely compact filter performs equally as well as a classic round bag filter.

The small power pack in a horizontal and vertical design as rows or as a chamber filter can be used in virtually all industrial dedusting situations. The filter’s compact design is particularly useful when it comes to problematic spatial conditions such as limited floor space and a narrow installation height.
The further development of the tried-and-tested Scheuch impulse cleaning system, combined with the innovative, patented support cage injector bag system, creates an effective complete package.

The impulse cleaning system with two-tiered diaphragm valves and integrated pilot valve with a tank-integrated design enables gentle, uniform cleaning through every individual filter bag throughout the entire length of the bag. The result is uniform aging of the filter media with a high filter bag service life as well as high operational safety.
The patented support cage injector system with a design suited to industrial use ensures absolute tightness through the use of tried-and-tested snap ring sealing, even with high air-to-cloth ratios, and thus low dust emissions. The unique aspect of this system is how easy it is to handle as the filter media are being assembled and disassembled.
The compact nature of the filter with smc technology enables Scheuch to pre-assemble to a large extent and to deliver to customers in just a few subassemblies.
The installation time on site is greatly reduced as a result, meaning long downtimes during ongoing production can be avoided.
